HAVANESE PUPPY SALES POLICY
Prices range from $800-$1,500
Breeding rights are not included for this price.
**We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.**
SHIPPING IS EXTRA AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE:
$300 for an 8-week-old puppy shipped into a major airport serviced by Northwest Airlines
during normal cargo hours.
After cargo hours is more expensive as it requires VIP service which is $110 more.
Some smaller airports are higher priced if they are VIP service only--no regular pet cargo.
If you ship your puppy on the scheduled ship date with the rest of the litter, it will be shipped
out of Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport. If you decide on a later ship date, it will ship out of Eau
Claire, Wisc. which connects through Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.
NOTE: If I have 3 or more puppies shipping the same day, I will make the trip to Minneapolis
which is 3 hrs. one-way. If I have less than 3 puppies shipping, I will ship out of Eau Claire.
HEALTH GUARANTEE: If you are able to pick up the puppy in person, the puppy
comes with a 6-month genetic health guarantee because you are able to meet the puppy
in person, get to know it's personality, and inspect it before purchasing it.
If you are having the puppy shipped via airlines (purchasing sight unseen), the puppy
comes with a 6-month genetic health guarantee AND a 10-day satisfaction guarantee
as we want to ensure you are happy with the puppy once it arrives. **Any shipping
costs incurred to get the puppy to or from us are the responsibility of the buyer.**

If you haven't raised a puppy in a while, I would recommend reading a puppy book to brush
up on your house training and puppy psychology skills. Dogs respond best to a strong,
calm, and assertive leader, and they require Exercise, Discipline, and Affection IN THAT
ORDER. If you can do those things in that order, you should have no trouble training your
dog. And remember, consistency and repetition are the keys to successful puppy training.
Most importantly, whatever effort you put into your puppy, you will get back 10-fold. The first
few months are crucial in training and forming their adult behavior as their little brains are
like sponges, and they are so much more apt to accept new things and learn new things at a
young age. Make the effort now while the puppy is young and learning, and your dog will
repay you with a lifetime of good behavior.
The Havanese are wonderful small breed dogs. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we
do. They are excellent companions and family dogs with the happiest personalities! They
are intelligent and easy to train, and extremely loyal and affectionate. Their happy
personalities is what makes them so wonderful and easy going with children, other people,
and other dogs. They have the right things bred into them to be excellent family
companions, and now it is up to you to guide them in the right direction to get the great
family dog they are capable of being. I truly believe the best part about the Havanese breed
is that they are like a large breed dog in a small breed body -- many of the same personality
